Rentrack gives landlords one place for tenant onboarding, rent schedules, payment reminders, receipts, maintenance tracking and financial reports.
Technical approach
A Django and MySQL system with M-Pesa and SMS APIs. Properties, units, tenants and leases are modelled relationally, rent schedules drive automated reminders, and payments are tracked with receipts and financial statements for landlords.
