Dairy farmers often track milk yields, animal health and finances in notebooks, which leads to lost data, poor decisions and reduced productivity.
The solution
MilkFlow digitises the dairy operation. Farmers record yields per animal, monitor herd health, track feed costs and generate financial reports from a mobile-friendly dashboard.
Technical approach
A Django and MySQL system with Chart.js dashboards. Yield, herd health and feed data are recorded per animal and summarised into daily, weekly and monthly reports, with SMS and email alerts for health anomalies and offline-capable data entry.
